We discovered the attractions of the Arcachon Bay and Audenge in particular just before Covid. We had the opportunity to acquire a house in the heart of town, in a cul-de-sac, close to all amenities, the latest being the AUdenge bus station, which provides access to the beaches of Lège-Cap-Ferret, the Marcheprime and Biganos train stations, and thus to Bordeaux or Arcachon via Gujan-Mestras and Le Teich.
Working in the field of construction and renovation, and more specifically energy savings, we decided to complete this extension in 2024 (completed in May 2025) and offer it for rental so that you can discover this beautiful region.
